Product Description
Rotary mixing coarse bubble aerator is a device for oxygenated aeration in the form of multi-layer spiral cutting. When the airflow enters the aerator, it first passes through the two spiral cutting system and enters the lower multilayer zigzag aeration head for multi-layer. Cutting makes the bubbles into micro bubbles, which greatly improves the utilization rate of oxygen, and has the characteristics of uniform aeration and high oxygenation efficiency.
Working Principle
After the gas enters the aerator, it begins to rotate and split to make the gas and liquid mix evenly, forming a continuous gas-liquid enhanced swirl area. After three times of continuous cutting in the gas-liquid mixing area, the bubble will start to spread evenly under the impact of continuous air supply, which will drive the mixture to rise together, float to the umbrella and carry out multi-layer shearing and cutting again, so that the bubbles will be smaller, so as to maintain the uniform and stable operation of the bubbles for a long time, objectively increasing the contact area of the gas-liquid, which is conducive to the dispersion of oxygen, more The contact surface of oxygen and the utilization rate of oxygen are improved.
