SS304 Clamp Micro Bubble Air Diffuser EPDM Silicone Membrane Aerator
Product Description
Diameter 80mm silicone membrane fine bubble tube diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes are manufactured with premium quality silicone material and are available with fine or coarse-bubble perforation. The support tubes (ABS or PVC material) can be reused when membranes are replaced.

Product Application
It is applied to domestic sewage and industrial treatment.
It is used in different stages of aerobic tank, anoxic tank, sedimentation tank and other sewage treatment processes. It is not limited by the shape of the tank, and can be used in various types of tanks.
Product Maintance
1. The operator should always check the aeration status of the aeration system. If the resistance of the aeration system increases in the head or the shape of the bubbles changes, the aerator needs to clean up such as carbonates, iron salts, aluminum salts and biological sludge Such as sedimentation, scaling on the rubber membrane of the aerator will lead to a reduction in the air output, the oxygen utilization law of the aeration system will decrease, and the head loss will increase.
2. Periodic drainage cleaning is the ideal maintenance method, and the length of the period depends on the nature of the treated water, the treatment process and other factors.
3. Pay attention not to let the sediment on the surface of the rubber film dry and agglomerate during the drainage cleaning and maintenance, and it needs to be cleaned immediately. The dry agglomerates of the deposits will make cleaning work difficult, thereby affecting the performance of the aerator.
4. Biological sludge can be removed by physical methods. Use a brush to clean the surface of the rubber membrane or rinse it with a high-pressure water gun. When cleaning with a high-pressure water gun, keep the nozzle of the water gun at a distance of approximately 500 mm from the surface of the rubber film to prevent damage to the rubber film.
5. Scales such as carbonates should be removed chemically. A certain amount of formic acid enters the aeration system with air. The proportion of formic acid added depends on the degree of scaling. It is not necessary to empty the water in the aeration tank when cleaning. . Generally, it is cleaned once or twice a year.
6. When the microporous aerator is damaged or the performance requirements are not met after cleaning and maintenance, the rubber diaphragm or the entire aerator can be replaced. The replacement method is the same as the installation method.
