Product Description
Moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) has built thousands of sewage (waste) treatment facilities in many countries in the world and achieved good treatment results. MBBR Process uses the basic principle of biofilm process, combined with the advantages of activated sludge process, with suspended packing as the carrier of microbial growth, through the full fluidization of suspended packing in the secondary biochemical tank, to achieve efficient sewage treatment.

Features
1. Simple: the activated sludge tank or anaerobic tank can be modified into MBBR only by adding certain filler in the aeration tank;
2. Low transformation cost: 10-70% of the filler is added (according to the effective volume);
3. High efficiency: the volume load can be increased by 2-4 times, and the floor area is small;
4. Low energy consumption: small head loss, slightly higher energy consumption than activated sludge;
5. High stability: MBBR has strong tolerance when temperature changes, sewage composition changes or sewage toxicity increases.
