White Micro Vortex Flocculator ABS Sphere Filler For Flocculation Tank
The micro vortex flocculator is a kind of hollow sphere used to disturb water flow in the process of flocculation reaction to form micro vortex and enhance flocculation effect.
The product is polypropylene ABS porous ball (hole ball) with small resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and stable performance, which is used in the middle water tank of circulating water, and the common specification is φ 200mm.
The main characteristics of flocculation ball and flocculator are that the filler has a large void ratio, is not easy to be blocked, has the advantages of large flux and small resistance, increases the contact time of gas and liquid, and improves the quality efficiency.

Application
It is suitable for perforated cyclone, diaphragm, folded plate, corrugated plate, grid, mechanical accelerated clarification, hydraulic circulation clarification, etc. it almost uses the transformation of the traditional flocculation tank to increase the water yield by 100%, or to improve the quality of effluent.
It is suitable for new water supply and sewage treatment projects with flocculation process. There is no height limit of traditional process. It can reduce the land occupation by raising the height of structures or even building closed or tower structures. It is especially suitable for matching with vertical inclined plate (tube) sedimentation process to form a highly integrated flocculation sedimentation process, which occupies only 1 / 2-1 / 3 of the traditional process.
