Installation procedure
1. Installation of sludge discharge pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank
Generally, the installation sequence of inclined sedimentation tank starts from the bottom, and the installation of the bottom sludge discharge pipeline system is completed first to ensure that the opening of the sludge discharge pipeline meets the design requirements, is fixed firmly, and is not allowed to enter the next installation process until it is checked to be correct.
2. Complete packing support installation
According to the construction drawing of packing support installation of inclined pipe sedimentation tank, first install the packing support in place, check that all welding joints are firm, the support strength is enough to bear the weight of packing, and complete the anti-corrosion treatment on the support surface;
3. Complete the pressing of inclined pipe packing

4. Assembly in inclined tube packing tank

If the size is not right when assembling to the far right side, it is necessary to use a piece of inclined pipe packing according to the size to be pressed and connected before assembly until all are in place.
5. Upper fixation of inclined pipe packing
As the specific gravity of inclined pipe packing is 0.92, which is slightly less than that of water, the inclined pipe packing needs to be pulled from left to right above the packing after being assembled in the tank The round steel of 10 mm shall be reinforced (two round steels are required to pass the upper part of each unit filler). Both ends of the round steel shall be reliably fixed on the wall of the sedimentation tank. After the installation of the round steel, it can well prevent the possible loosening and floating of the inclined pipe filler in the initial use. The round steel shall be corrosion-resistant with coal tar epoxy asphalt.
Operation and debugging
1. Check whether the water inflow is uniform, and do not impact the sedimentation tank and affect the sedimentation effect
2. Adjust the height and levelness of the outlet weir to a proper level to keep the outlet water uniform;
3. After the above construction process, the packing installation of inclined sedimentation tank has been completed. After normal operation, sludge discharge cycle shall be determined according to the concentration of suspended solids in the influent, and timely sludge discharge shall be paid attention to to to ensure that the inclined tube sedimentation tank always maintains good operation status and satisfactory effluent quality.
