Product Description
The biggest difference between the modified fiber ball and the common fiber ball is that it is made of modified fiber tow and has the advantages of good effect, high precision, easy washing and long service cycle in the treatment of oil-bearing sewage.
The surface of the modified fiber ball is modified to enhance the adsorption capacity of oil and organic matters.
Modified fiber ball gradually reduces the porosity of the filter layer along the direction of water flow during operation, forming a relatively ideal distribution state of large and small pores on the filter material, with better filtration effect; the filtration speed is high, up to 25-30 M / h. Only about 10% of the filter material needs to be supplemented every year, without replacement.

Working Principle
The mechanism of oil and organic matter removal by modified fiber ball is direct interception, inertial interception and electrochemical adsorption. The oil content in the water before filtration is ≤ 15mg / L, the suspended matter is ≤ 10mg / L; the oil content in the water after filtration is ≤ 5mg / L, the suspended matter is ≤ 2mg / L.
